Originally conceived as a radio drama, Dead Men Don't Carry Handbags tells the story of a film noir radio actor who becomes embroiled in a real life mystery. This production emphasized the film noir style with sharp angles and shadows. The design required simplicity, as the production was also staged in Adelaide, Australia for the Adelaide Fringe Festival.
